Dear Parents


ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Please diarise the date of the Annual General Meeting which will take place in the school hall on Wednesday,

16 November 2022 at 18:00. The budget (including school fees) for the 2023 year will be presented at this meeting and all parents/guardians are urged to attend.


In terms of the SA School’s Act the Budget will be available for inspection at the school by any parent for a period commencing fourteen (14) days prior to the AGM.


ANNUAL PRIZE GIVING AWARD CEREMONY

ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE GR. 4 TO 7


This award is awarded only to learners who have managed to maintain Academic Excellence each year from Grades 4 to 7. Sometimes a learner fails to achieve Academic Excellence in one of the grades and then does not qualify for this award. These learners have managed to maintain very high standards from Gr.4 to Gr.7, well done to: Anashe Mautsa


LONG SERVICE AWARDS

Mrs. Drake received a long service award. She dedicated 15 years to the Aftercare as the Manager. Congratulations to

Mr. Pretorius who dedicated 20 years of his teaching career to Dinwiddie Primary School.

TERM 4 CONTROLLED TESTS

GRADES 4 - 7 (21 – 29 NOVEMBER 2022)


A reminder that our Grade 4 to Grade 7 learners will be writing Controlled Tests from Monday, 21 November untill Tuesday, 29 November 2022. Please ensure that your child has the correct stationery to avoid unnecessary disruptions. Kindly note that if your child is absent for any of the Tests, the school requires a Doctor’s Note.
