SCHOOL FEES

Thank you to the many parents who have kept to their commitment. As mentioned before we are fast approaching the end of this year.

Hence, school fee accounts for 2022 should be settled by end of October. In order to offer and maintain a high standard of education, we need to ensure that our finances stay healthy.

FOUNDATION PHASE CONCERT

Our Grade 1, 2 and 3 teachers and learners have been busy all term practicing for their concert which takes place on the nights of

26, 27, 28 and 29 September 2022. A letter with arrangements for the concert will be send home to parents of learners participating in the concert.

Tickets are on sale at a cost of R70 per person on a first-come-first served basis. Your child will be given the opportunity to come to the office during the day to book the seats.

If you are booking tickets, kindly place your money in an envelope clearly marked with your child's name, stating the number of tickets required and the night for which you are booking.

Once the allocated seating for each night has been filled, no further tickets for that night will be sold. The hall will be filled to capacity and there will be no standing room.

Due to the fact that the sound will be quite loud, please do not include babies and children under the age of three years. Children accompanying you must have their own seats.

NO CHILDREN WILL BE ALLOWED TO SIT ON THEIR PARENTS’ LAPS!

TRANSPORT

We would like to bring to our parents’ attention that some drivers, transporting your children do not abide to traffic rules and regulations. They drive up against the traffic in both Conway Road and Ambleside Road, which are both one-direction roads. They drop children off in the middle of intersections and on the wrong side of the road which puts the childrens’ lives in danger.

Please ensure that your child’s transport driver is in possession of all the proper and required documentation in order to transport children.

Please take note that learners will change into summer uniform as from Monday, 05 September 2022. Please use this time to ensure your child's summer uniform conforms to the requirements.
