The Valentine's disco is always a popular event at Dinwiddie Primary.  This year the Gr. 6's really went out of their way to make it special.  On 20 February 2009 Dinwiddie Primary celebrated Valentine's Day like never before! The Gr. Four to Gr. Sevens got invited to spend the evening with us.   Our guests received a food parcel upon arrival and boogied the night away in the beautifully decorated hall.   

The Gr6's had a Valentine's project running through February.  The pupils from Gr4 to Gr7 were asked to buy a heart and give it to someone else.  The boy and girl who received the most hearts in the Junior and Senior Phase by the 19th of February would be crowned Mater & Miss Valentine 2009.  The winners was announced during the evening and won an ipod. 

Everyone was waiting anxiously for the crowing to take place!  The winners were:
